I’m a project coordinator in the field of deposit automation and financial technology. A mix of both in the office troubleshooting, project planning, excel wizardry and resolving issues related to the electronic banking process.

Formerly provided phone-based help desk technical support for all levels of corporate users (5,000+) in a Microsoft AD environment. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer, Adobe products such as Acrobat, and the core Operating System on Windows 2000 and XP platforms. Configuration and diagnosis of networked printers. I also provided support and technical expertise for remote users over VPN and Citrix, in various wired and wireless configurations, related to access, firewall, antivirus, WEP, iPass, connectivity issues, router configurations, and using applications in these environments.

My favorite day of the week is Sunday. Nothing sweeter than a Sunday morning.

I also enjoy non-nerdy things such as, foreign pop music, tektonic dancing, geocaching, volunteering, reading sci-fi books as well as the classics, watching movies and painting.

12+ years of progressive, expert-level web design/development skills utilizing web languages such as HTML, XHTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, CGI, databases with ASP/SQL and PHP/MySQL, and software such as Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Visual Interdev, UltraDev, and FrontPage for over 50 various website projects.

I live by the Knight’s Creed and find it fulfilling and meaningful to volunteer formally as well as just bringing kindness to each day. I try to leave a small footprint environmentally. And a gigantic footprint on humanity.
